The firm was founded in 2023 by Jesus Gueits after spending a combined over 8 years in public accounting at PWC and KPMG. Global Tax Consultants CPA provides our clients with Big 4 professional experience combined with customized solutions for their unique needs. Jesus Gueits, CPA, JD, LLM

Jesus is the tax and business advisory member of Global Tax Consultants CPA where he assists businesses with their tax compliance and consulting needs. Jesus regularly advises on U.S. tax planning and structuring of U.S. inbound / outbound investments, as well as cross-border transactions.

Jesus has over 8 years of experience advising clients investing globally across all asset classes. Jesus has over 8 years of experience in Grant Thornton PR, KPMG NY, and PwC NY within the international tax and financial services practice.

Jesus holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a major in public accounting from Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico, summa cum laude, a juris doctor degree from University of Puerto Rico, magna cum laude, and an LLM in Taxes from New York University School of Law. He holds a CPA license in the states of New York and New Jersey. He is also member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Jesus speaks English and Spanish.
